Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats (*make sure they are certified gluten free!)

1 cup slivered almonds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup maple syrup I prefer grade B

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 cup raisins

2 cups vanilla yogurt
