Vegan Pesto

1.5 cups fresh basil, packed

1 cup fresh spinach, packed

2 large garlic cloves

½ cup roasted pine nuts (walnuts also work well)

1 Tbl fresh lemon juice

1 Tbl nutritional yeast

⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

sea salt


1Add all ingredients except olive oil into a blender. Begin the blender and pour in olive oil slowly until all ingredients are blending smoothly.
