Recipe by Good Eatings

Ingredients

1 cup buckwheat flour (or brown rice or spelt flour)

2/3 cup sunflower seeds

2/3 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup hemp hearts

1/2 cup sesame seeds

3 tbsp chia seeds

2/3 – 1 cup water, start with 2/3 and add more if needed

4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt and other seasonings to taste
