Ingredients

Granola:

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup raw buckwheat groats

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons Dona Chai (optional)

Orange smoothie:

2 frozen bananas

1 fresh naval orange

A few tablespoons of plant milk (optional)
