Strawberry Chia Jam - Izzy's Wellness

Ingredients

1 cup hulled strawberries

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 TBSP liquid sweetener of choice. I use raw honey.

Directions

1Blend all ingredients together in a blender until you reach your desired consistency. You can make it super smooth or a little chunky depending on how you like your jam

2Place in the fridge overnight until set - lasts 1 week in the fridge
