500 grams corn kernels

1 red onion

2 eggs

1 small bunch coriander (fresh), thick bottom stems removed

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup tapioca flour

1 tsp baking powder (gluten free)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp ground turmeric

1 tsp curry powder

2-3 tbsp coconut oil for frying
