1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice plus 8 lemon wedges for serving

1/4 cup minced green onion, plus more for garnish

2 tablespoons minced parsley, plus more for garnish

2 teaspoons minced dill, plus more for garnish

ground black pepper

8 ounces smoked salmon

8 slices toasted rye bread, cut into triangles
