1Toast slice of bread
2Scoop out half an avocado and put into a small bowl
3Add ¼ cannellini beans to the bowl with the avocado
4Season with a little garlic powder, pink Himalayan sea salt and black pepper
5Mash with the back of a fork until combined
6Spoon mixture onto the piece of bread – don’t be afraid to pile it on!
7Add slices of red bell pepper and handful of sprouts
