Ingredients
1 lb. yellofin tuna, sashimi grade
1 TBSP lime juice (about half a lime)
1 TBSP rice wine or brown rice vinegar
1 TBSP freshly grated ginger (or 1/2 TBSP powdered)
1/2 tsp. wasabi powder or paste
1/8th-1/4 tsp. sriracha, red chili flakes, or cayenne (optional)
1/4 cup white/black sesame seeds
1 TBSP coconut oil (or vegetable/canola oil)
For the dressing:
2 TBSP lime juice (about one lime)
1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp. powdered)
