Raw Chocolate Tart

Recipe by Healthy French Wife


Base: 1 1/2 cup almonds

1 cup pitted dates

2 tbsp cacao

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp water

Filling: 1 avocado

1 banana

1/3 cup almond milk

3 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

4 tbsp maple syrup or coconut nectar

1/2 cup cacao

Pinch of salt


1Mix the base ingredients in a food processor and press down in a tart tray.

22. Mix the filling ingredients in the food processor. Pour on top of the base and keep in the fridge for 2 hours to set. I made mine the night before and kept it in the freezer until 1 hour before serving.
