Ingredients

1 and 3/4 cup quinoa flour

1/2 cup whole-wheat flour

1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 teaspoons dry yeast + 1 cup warm water

2 teaspoons honey

1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt

Butternut Squash & Kale Topping

1 pound butternut squash, peeled and diced

1 head kale, washed and chopped

1/c cup vegetable broth

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 shallot

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons goat cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used an Italian blend)
