2 cups puffed buckwheat

1 cup buckwheat flakes

1 1/2 cups raw nuts and seeds, any combination

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (60-70 mL)

1/3 cup rice malt syrup (or other liquid sweetener)

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp fine salt
