Recipe by Honey, Ghee, and Me

Ingredients

approx. 10 hot banana peppers

3 garlic cloves

1 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar (or other white vinegar)

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup high quality sugar (evaporated cane, coconut, etc)

1 tsp whole peppercorns

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1 large sterilized glass jar w/ a lid
