1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan.
2In a large bowl, mix together the flours, spices, baking soda and baking powder.
3In another bowl whip together the honey, coconut oil, flax egg and persimmon puree.
4Slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just incorporated.
5Pour into loaf pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
6Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
