One 4 to 5 pound chicken, cut up into 8 pieces, skin removed

1 1/2 cups almond meal

3/4 cup blanched almond flour

1 1/2 Tablespoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 eggs, beaten

1/8 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
