Orange, Almond and Chia Cookies

Recipe by The Healthy French Wife

Ingredients

1.5 cups of almond meal

1 tsp vanilla paste

1/2 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp maple syrup or other sweetener

4 tbsp melted coconut oil

2 tbsp chia seeds

zest of 1 full orange (better to use organic)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 175 degrees & line a baking tray with baking paper

2Mix all ingredients together

3Shape cookies with hands using around 1 tbsp of dough

4Cook for 15 min at 150 degrees if you want them a little soft in the middle or 20 min for more crunch.
