Ingredients
1/2 cup soften coconut oil 104 grams
1/2 cup dark brown sugar 110 grams
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon molasses
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour 140 grams
1 1/4 cups rolled oats 106 grams
Ice cream of your choice - I used my Dairy Free Coconut Peach Ice Cream but you can use any that you'd like.
