No Bake Maple Bites

Ingredients

1 cup whole rolled oats

½ cup sunflower butter (or peanut/almond butter)

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

1 Tbl hemp seeds

1 Tbl chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together until well-combined.

2Place dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Removed from fridge and roll into balls.

3Store in the refrigerator for 1 week or outside of fridge for 2 days.
