Ingredients
Slaw:
2 1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
2 1/2 cup curly kale, finely shreeded
Mushroom + Tofu:
1/2 tbsp sriracha hot sauce, or other hot sauce of your liking
250 g block of firm tofu, diced into 2/3 cm cubes
2 1/2 cup chestnut mushrooms, diced
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, diced
1 cup water chestnuts, finely diced (optional)
An abundance of salad leaves, any kind you like
