1Place the coconut milk and agar flakes in a saucepan, quickly combine with a spoon and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
2Then add the vanilla powder and over a medium to high heat, whisk the two ingredients together until fully combined and the agar flakes have completely dissolved. NOTE: The mixture needs to boil for the agar flakes to completely dissolve!
3Then over a low heat whisk continuously for another 10-15 minutes adding the maple syrup and matcha powder. Once done, remove from the heat and pour into your pudding moulds. I would recommend these.
4Pop them in the fridge to set and just before serving decorate as desired. Enjoy! (Keeps in the frige for about 2-3 days).
