¾ cup full fat coconut milk, well stirred, plus more if needed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 10- ounce bag frozen mango chunks

½ frozen banana

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/8 teaspoon cardamom

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch salt
