Mango and Coconut Puddings

Recipe by The Healthy French Wife


2 ripe mangoes

1 can of coconut cream (270ml)

dash of turmeric (optional for a more vibrant color)


1Slice mangoes to get the flesh out

2Mix in a food processor

3Add coconut cream

4Pour into glasses and leave to set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to get a custard like consistency.

5Top with shredded coconut or any other toppings.
