3/4 c lightly steamed then frozen cauliflower

3/4 c steamed then frozen butternut squash

1/2 c almond milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 c frozen blueberries

1 tbsp almond butter


2 tbsp nut butter (almond or cashew)

1/4 c grain free granola or crunchy quinoa bites

2 tbsp hemp seeds


1In a high powered blender like a blendtec or Vitamix, blitz all your base ingredients until completely smooth. (This will take a bit of time. If you're using a Vitamix use the tamper to push the ingredients down and around to ensure a smooth and creamy base, it will look icy at first, but as you blend more, the mixture will start to turn smooth creamy}

2Transfer base to 2 small bowls

3Top with your desired toppings

4Enjoy immediately
