Lightened-Up Cobb Salad with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

    For the Dressing:

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    ½ cup buttermilk

    ⅓ cup sour cream

    ½ teaspoon kosher salt

    ¼ teaspoon black pepper

    1 small clove garlic, minced

    For the Salad:

    2 cups chopped fresh lettuce

    ¼ cup chopped red onion

    2 avocados, diced

    1 cup fresh corn kernels (from about one ear), frozen can also be used

    2 cups cooked chicken breast meat (I grilled mine the day before)

    2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
