1First, prepare your seasoning mix/marinade by pouring all of the ingredients except for the chicken into a 1 gallon ziplock bag and mixing everything together well.
2Add your chicken to the bag and mix to coat the chicken with the seasonings. Seal the bag tightly, releasing all of the air. Place the chicken in the fridge to marinate for one hour or up to 24 hours.
3Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
4Dump the chicken into a 9 x 11 baking dish and place it in the oven.
5Cook the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 45 minutes.
6Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes and serve.
