Ingredients

Ingredients for the chimichurri flank steak

1 1/2 lb flank steak

Olive oil, for brushing

Salt and pepper, for seasoning

Chimichurri

3 tomatillos

1 cup fresh parsley

1 cup fresh cilantro

5 garlic cloves

1 serrano pepper

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/2-2/3 cup olive oil

Salt, to taste

Ingredients for the lobster potatoes

2 large yukon gold potatoes

6 tablespoons melted ghee

2 lobster tails

Herb butter

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

Splash of brandy, about 1 teaspoon (Taste it and add more if you wish)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup parsley, minced

Salt, to taste
