Juice from 1 lemon

1 tbsp tahini

1 tsp agave nectar

1 tsp olive oil


1Stir it together using a fork, and drown your kale in it

2Use your hands to give the green leafs a massage

3After about 3-4 minutes it should be soft and moist

4You can have the salad as a side to your main dish, or just add some fruit and other vegetables to make it a whole meal itself
