Healthy No-Bake Granola Bars

Recipe by Pip and Ebby


1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup dried cherries or raisins

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup flaxseed meal

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup honey


1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 square dish.

2Using a spatula, press down evenly in pan, being sure to press into the corners. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.

3Holding onto parchment paper, remove from pan and place onto a flat work surface. Cut into bars and serve! Store refrigerated in a sealed container.
