4 – 5 cups Arugula

4 Blood Oranges

3 Oranges

4 – 5 Lemons

PAM Cooking Spray

1 cup Roasted & Salted Pecans

1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds

1/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing (below)

DRESSING:

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Sugar

pinch of Salt & Pepper
