Grilled Peaches with Lemon-Mascarpone Filling and Rosemary-Honey Drizzle

Recipe by Honey, Ghee, and Me


    2 peaches

    1-2 tbsp ghee or butter

    2 tbsp honey (I use raw, like this one)

    1 sprig fresh rosemary, approx 4 inches long

    3 tbsp mascarpone cheese

    1 tsp fresh lemon juice

    optional: a sprinkle of cinnamon
