Ingredients

2 slices of Ezekiel or gluten-free bread

1 banana, sliced

1 tbsp peanut or almond butter

A few chocolate chips

Directions

1Make a sandwich with the peanut butter, banana, and chocolate chips.

2On a pan over medium heat, grill the sandwich for 3 minutes on each side or until crispy on the outside and melty on the inside.

3Cut in half and serve.
