1/4 cup full fat coconut milk from a can

2 Tablespoons unsulphured blackstrap molasses

1 teaspoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cloves

3/4 teaspoon allspice

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted
