1/4 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 cup yogurt

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons almond butter

2 cups rolled oats (or gluten free oats)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup shredded zucchini (approx. 1 medium-size zucchini)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
