Ingredients

2 bananas, sliced and frozen at least an hour

1 c unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite nondairy milk)

2-3 Tbs cocoa or cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla

2 Tbs maple syrup or your favorite sweetener (optional)

pinch salt

about 30 ice cubes
