Dark Chocolate, Almond and Coconut Hemp Seed Granola

Recipe by Making Thyme for Health


2 cups rolled oats (or gluten free oats)

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1 cup coconut pieces

1/3 cup honey (I used raw, unfiltered)

1/3 cup coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s Special Dark)

2 tablespoons egg white

1 cup raw almond pieces (whole almonds can be ground to be pieces in a food processor)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
