Crockpot Turkey Rice Soup

  • Cook: 7 hrs


12 cups (or three 32-oz. containers) turkey or chicken stock

2 cups shredded turkey (if not using chunky homemade stock)

1 cup uncooked rice

5 stalks celery, sliced

3 large carrots, sliced

8-oz. package sliced mushrooms

Salt and pepper


1In a large crockpot, combine turkey stock, turkey, rice, celery, carrots, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook on High heat for 4-5 hours or Low heat for 7-8 hours.
