Ingredients

Salad:

3 medium peaches

A little bit of coconut oil or ghee

1 large bunch kale

Hulled hemp seeds (optional)

Croutons:

2 slices bread of your choice (I used Ezekiel sprouted bread)

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

¼ tsp chill powder (or more, to taste)

⅛ tsp sea salt

Dressing:

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tbsp tamari

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp maple syrup

⅛ tsp sea salt
