2 avocados

1 frozen banana

3 tablespoons coconut nectar

3 tablespoons cacao powder

1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla

some lemon zest, grated

4 squares of dark vegan chocolate, melted

2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted

a pinch of himalayan pink salt


1Simply put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

2Pour it into jars (or bowls, or glasses, etc), top it with whatever you fancy & enjoy!
