Creamy Chocolate Chia Puddings

Recipe by Healthy French Wife

2 cups of almond milk

½ of chia seeds

¼ cup of peanut butter, almond butter, hazelnut butter or tahini

1/3 cup of raw cacao powder

1/3 cup of maple syrup or rice malt syrup

½ tsp of vanilla paste

Cacao nibs, almonds and hazelnut cacao butter for toppings


1In a blender mix all the ingredients until creamy.

2Pour into 4 glasses or bowls;

3Top with cacao nibs, nuts and nut butter. Leave to set in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy cold for breakfast or dessert.
