Ingredients

1 can full-fat coconut milk (Thai Kitchen works best.)

12 ounces fresh cranberries

16 dried apricots

1 pound seedless grapes, cut in half

2 medium apples, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup pecan halves

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
