1Start your BBQ to get it good and hot.
2Peel your shrimp and give them a quick rinse under cold water. Set aside while you prepare the paste.
3In a medium bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, chili powder and lime juice. Mix it together, it should be pretty thick.
4Add in some coconut aminos, just enough to make a good paste that can be smeared on the shrimp.
5Add your shrimp to the bowl and mix everything together to give the shrimp a good coating with the paste.
6Put your shrimp on the skewers and it is ready to grill. Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes each side, until it is cooked through
