    Ingredients

    1/2 medium zucchini - 80 grams

    1/2 cup rolled oats - 45 grams (choose certified gluten free if needed)

    1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

    2 tsp cacao powder

    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

    3/4 cup almond milk or coconut, rice or oat milk (for nut free)

    1 tbsp maple syrup or brown rice syrup, or honey, etc.
