10 ounces semi‐sweet or bitter sweet chocolate chips, use good quality chips

1 large egg

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Pinch salt

1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)

2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (optional)
