Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle Bites

Ingredients

125 grams soft dried prunes, pitted

125 grams Medjool dates

1/2 cup natural, unsalted peanut butter

1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt (omit if peanut butter is salted)

1/3 cup cacao powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp neutral flavoured protein powder

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup raw cashews (or other nut)

Extra cacao for dusting
