    Ingredients

    2 cups gluten-free rolled oats

    1 cup flaked coconut

    ½ cup pecans, chopped

    ½ cup cashews, chopped

    ½ cup sliced almonds

    1 cup unsweetened banana chips, lightly crushed

    ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

    1 ripe banana, mashed (about ⅓-1/2 cup)

    ⅓ cup maple syrup (or honey, if you're not vegan)

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    ½ teaspoon kosher salt

    3 tablespoons cocoa powder

    ½ cup chocolate chips
