1In a heated skillet, add all spices (except liquid smoke) and toss for 1 minute (this is important as it allows the spices' aroma to release giving the dish a richer flavor). Add 1 Tbl coconut oil and liquid smoke. Cook for 25 seconds.
2Add chickpeas and coconut oil. Cook for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally to break up the chickpeas. Add the tahini at the end and any extra spices you'd like for taste.
3Enjoy in a wrap, on top of cucumbers for a fun appetizer, or as is!
