Chamomile Whiskey Nightcap

Ingredients

3 bags chamomile tea

2 cups hot water

2 Tbl fresh orange juice

1 Tbl raw honey

1 Tbl fresh ginger, grated and juice squeezed out (can squeeze pulp in palm of hand)

2 ounces whisky

fresh chamomile flowers to garnish

Directions

1Prepare chamomile tea by pouring hot water over the bags. Allow to steep for 5 minutes then place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours until completely cooled.

2In a shaker, add chamomile tea, fresh orange juice, raw honey, fresh ginger juice and whiskey until well-combined. Garnish with fresh chamomile flowers and serve.
