1 large onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
12 cardamom pods, seeds removed and crushed
1 large cauliflower, washed, broken into small florets (around 650g)
250ml vegan-friendly vegetable stock, made with 1⁄2 stock cube
