1Place walnuts in a food processor and pulse until a flour-like consistency is formed. Be sure not to over-pulse as your result will be a tough ball of dough.
2Add the dates, cacao powder, rolled oats, brown rice syrup, rolled oats, sunflower butter, sea salt, and cayenne. Process on high for 10 seconds and then pulse until a dough ball begins to form.
3Take about 1 Tbl of dough and roll in between hands to make a ball and place on parchment paper. Repeat until all dough has been formed into balls and refrigerate or freeze for at least 20 minutes. Remove from fridge/freezer when ready to eat.
