Brown Rice And Flaxseed Crackers

1 cup brown rice flour

2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon maple syrup


1Preheat oven 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment parchment paper, set aside. Place rice flour in a medium bowl. Add flaxseed, and sea salt stirring to combine. Mix water, coconut oil and maple syrup. Add to dry mixture, stirring until fully incorporated. Using your hands form mixture into a dough. If dough is too dry, add a little water until it’s more pliable. Place a layer of plastic wrap or parchment paper, then place dough on top. place another layer on top of dough. Using a rolling pin, roll dough thin without breaking, about 1/8 inch thick. Using a knife or cookie cutter, cut dough into desired shapes and transfer onto baking sheet until all dough is used. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer crackers unto a cooling rack, allow to fully cool and harden. Delicious as is or served with vegan cheese.
